Going on 13 years strong int he Beltline area – 918 12th Ave SW, the Blind Monk is known for their friendly staff, casual environment and late night kitchen. Specializing in traditional pub food with a twist, the Blind Monk is a great place for a quick bite or night out.
They have an excellent beer selection, a decent scotch selection, and their kitchen is open until 2am every night. Try one of their juicy burgers or the Spicy Kung Pao with Chicken – a way better alternative to late night fast food. Plus, you can also test your shooting skills at Buck Hunter or work on your swing by playing Golden T while you wait. This is definitely one of the better, casual pubs in the downtown core.
If you haven’t been, it’s worth popping in to see for yourself. Whether you decide to sit at the bar alone, or at a table or couch with a group of people, you need no agenda for this bar. Just show up and they’ll make sure you have a drink in your hand.
