The condo is a six-storey, red brick structure constructed in 1911, it is distinguished by its H-shaped design, entablature topped by a parapet and balustrade, and imposing main entrance consisting of a large classical pediment supported by stone pilasters. Anderson Estates is also a heritage building and was built due to the growing population at that time; it was also the tallest and largest multi-tenant structure in the city.
It still is used as a apartment and retains it’s amazing look and feel. Currently there are no listings for sale, but I can put this heritage building in a custom search and when a unit comes up we’ll know. Please let us know if you would like to have a search set up.
