ST. LOUIS - The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has introduced a plan to increase sewer rates among residents and will host a series of public hearings to get feedback on the plan. Earlier this year, MSD staff submitted a rate proposal to the MSD Rate Commission that would run from July 2024 to June 2028. The proposal includes increases in wastewater rates and additional funding for stormwater. Hearing on short-term rental regulations today The proposal comes in a year with several concerns over water main breaks around St. Louis, some that have led to massive flooding. An audit and the St. Louis Mayor's Office suggest that water rate increases could be necessary to upgrade aging systems. The "Roseanne" star began his weight loss journey in 2007. At his heaviest, he weighed reportedly 392 pounds. He's lost over 200 pounds since then, according to Page Six. “This didn’t happen overnight — it’s been an ongoing process,” Goodman's personal trainer Mackie Shilstone said of his progress on Instagram.To take charge of his health, Goodman said he quit drinking, hired a personal trainer and changed his diet to a Mediterranean-style eating plan. They are "paying Butte-Silver Bow $75,000 a month to utilize the Civic Center through the calendar year," reports NBC Montana.Civic Center Manager Bill Melvin told the outlet that he informed production was delayed due to the strike.
