EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. - Several police crews are investigating a shooting in East St. Louis early Monday morning. A Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter, Nic Lopez, captured footage of the scene located on the 1100 block of North 13th Street. According to Illinois State Police, at around 5 a.m., a 5-year-old girl received a graze wound from a bullet and a 21-year-old woman was shot several times. After a cool, clear weekend, an offshore flow is set to bring higher than average temperatures to SoCal this week, weather officials said.
