One Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Collision near Cajalco RoadCORONA, CA (September 7, 2023) – Early Thursday afternoon, one victim was killed in a 2-car accident on Interstate 15.The incident occurred around 12:41 p.m., on the southbound lanes of the freeway near Cajalco Road.Per reports, the driver of a white pickup-truck and a sedan collided near the Cajaco off-ramp. Upon impact, the sedan overturned and ejected an occupant onto the road.Despite life-saving efforts, medics pronounced one victim dead at the scene. Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Speeding Collision near 7th StreetPHOENIX, AZ (September 7, 2023) – Early Wednesday morning, one rider sustained injuries in a pursuit crash on Interstate 10.Officers responded around 12:50 a.m., near 7th Street on August 16th. Per reports, an officer attempted to perform a traffic stop on two speeding motorcyclists when one of the riders sped off.The pursuit then came to a stop near 7th Street when the rider was struck by a white pickup truck.Paramedics arrived and transported one of the riders to Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center for further treatment. In addition, the rider was described as a man in his 20s.Meanwhile, crews blocked the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. 32-Year-Old Skateboarder Dies after Being Hit by VehicleROSEVILLE, CA (September 7, 2023) – Tuesday evening, a skateboarding incident on Blue Oaks Avenue claimed the life of Mihai Pasconi.The incident happened on August 29th, at around 9:15 p.m. near the intersection of Blue Oaks Avenue and Roseville Parkway.According to reports, Pasconi was riding his skateboard when he was struck by a speeding vehicle. PIEDMONT — Two people, one of them armed with a gun, robbed a construction crew in broad daylight early Tuesday, police said.None of the construction workers were injured in the robbery, which police said happened in the 200 block of Estates Drive about 11:40 a.m.According to a police statement, the suspects drove a white Lexus IS 350 with tinted windows and backed into the driveway where the construction crew was working.Both suspects got out of the vehicle — one holding a handgun, police said. They demanded tools from the workers, who handed them over without a fight.Police said the suspects then hopped back into the Lexus and drove away.Police are looking for help finding the two suspects and asked anyone with information to contact Det.
